Method 1:
Go to Start -> Run -> type command -> taskschd.msc —> Enter
Click on -> Task Scheduler Library —> and look to the side and find the name -> Vittual bubble -> right click on it and select —> Delete -> restart the computer and see the result. —>
Method 2
Go to Start -> Run -> type command -> msconfig -> Enter
And a System Configuration panel pops up and goes to the Startup Tab -> then find the name related to -> Virtual bubble -> unchecked the box —> press Apple -> OK — > Restart and done
