Services stops automatically (Wifi network)

Services stops automatically (Wifi network). My laptop caught the wifi, but did not show the waves nor was it connected to the internet.
After a while you get the driver reset but you can not find the cause is because Network Setup Service is automatically shut down. Although it was not service and start but still not, it stops itself
Who knows what machine they are dealing with the deal with.
