Fixed: operation is in process frome wininit.exe. I have an asus laptop installed windows 8. Somehow yesterday it self itself a batch of messages “operation is in process.” See task manager there is a running application causing error is wininit.exe.Em has searched google but There is no way to fix it. Who knows how to help me. I do not have the conditions to reinstall win this time
