HDD IDE, if using SSD, to AHCI mode
You want to customize it to Sata:
Run / msconfig (boot, safe boot)
Boot into the BIOS select AHCI press F10 save, boot into Safe mod
Run / msconfig (select boot, remove safe boot)
Boot into Windows
