1.Product Operations:
Follow up and analyse user responses and other statistics in order to gain understandings of market trends and user behaviors. Detect common user. problems and propose possible operational solutions.
Follow up and analyse the product’s performance ratios and trends in order to evaluate its efficiency and improve operational procedures.
Closely collaborate with Client/Server Development team to achieve in time solutions and prevention for any potential problems.
2. Feature Designs:
Cooperate with Product Design team in examining contemporary trends and developing navigation UX/UI design and feature layout solutions.
Compose specifications and propose improvement solutions for the product’s features.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree/professional qualification in Information Technology or related business fields.
At least 1-year experience at a Product Executive or Business Analyst position.
Have a good understanding of UX/UI in website or mobile platforms.
Proficiency in utilising the Internet and Microsoft Offices.
Good English reading skills.
