t’s most likely that the battery on the motherboard needs to be replaced. If you get this message every time you boot up then it means one of two things.

Removing the CMOS battery
Remove the node canister cover, as described in Removing and replacing the cover of a node canister.
Locate the CMOS battery inside the node canister.
Use a flat head screwdriver to gently pop the CMOS battery out of the battery holder, as shown in

Orient the replacement coin cell with the positive side up.
Gently push the new coin cell down into the battery holder.
Replace the node canister cover, as described in Removing and replacing the cover of a node canister.

If the canister does not begin to power up, check that it is fully inserted into the enclosure.
Reconnect all cables.
Use the management GUI to check that the time and date settings of the system are correct.
If a CMOS battery error is present in the Event Log, run the fix procedure.
As for the Sata setting, preferably set sata to ahci instead of ide. Ahci increases read and write speeds dramatically, especially in SSDs. Keep in mind, if Windows was originally installed using ide and not ahci it may not boot and you will need to set it back to ide.

Follow these steps carefully.
Right-click the Windows Start Menu. Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
Type this command and press ENTER: bcdedit /set {current} safeboot minimal
Restart the computer and enter BIOS Setup (the key to press varies between systems).
Change the SATA Operation mode to AHCI from either IDE or RAID (again, the language varies).
Save changes and exit Setup and Windows will automatically boot to Safe Mode.
Right-click the Windows Start Menu once more. Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
