Error when install Microsoft office 2010: setup has detected legacy groove or Microsoft groove server software on this system. I will going to introduce you the way to fixed it.

How to fixed this Error:

Method 1

– May this error caused by previous office you have been just uninstalled. If it is right. You need remove again your older Office

Method 2- from Microsoft 

 – Which Edition of Office did you purchase (Office Home and Student 2010, Office Home and Business 2010, Office Professional 2010)?

Do you use Grove application?

If no, you may use the ‘Fix it’ tool using the ‘Method 2’ this will remove all the installed components of Office from the Computer:

Note: If you are using Windows 64 bit operating system, save the ‘Fix it’ on desktop before running it.Once you have uninstalled the older version of Office you may use the disc and the product key to re install Office 2010 and verify the status.

Method 3:

If all method above not fixed it. Please  reinstall your windows, update it and setup office 2010
