Believe it or not, it just happened again with the generated message from Facebook reminding me that it was my wife’s birthday with the link to her Facebook page to reply. Her page was unavailable or I may not have permission to view her page. Her sister also had to just email her happy birthday because she could not use the Facebook page either. Facebook has some serious problems that they have to fix
This sounds more like a computer or browser problem to me, especially if things sometimes correct themselves once you’ve refreshed the page a few times. You may also have a virus or malicious software installed. You should sweep your computer with an antivirus program, download the latest malicious software removal tools from Windows Update and empty your browsing history and cookies.
